We are glad that you have found us and are interested in our products. We are very proud of them and care about a really good shopping experience for you. Therefore, we want to be clear about the terms and conditions that apply, so that you can feel safe shopping with us. We follow Swedish consumer legislation.

By placing an order via naturalwinner.se , we (“you” as a consumer and “we” Natural Winner with company registration number 559322-7472 as a company) enter into an agreement between ourselves, and you thereby accept the terms and conditions presented on this page. The agreement applies to the products you purchase via our web store.

Terms of purchase

• In connection with your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address. The confirmation contains information about the product, price, payment, shipping and delivery. It is proof that we have received your order, the purchase agreement itself will only be concluded when the goods have been delivered to you.
• You have the right to cancel/change your order free of charge until the order has been shipped. In this case, please email info@naturalwinner.se
• You need to be over 18 years old to shop from Natural Winner.
• All prices are shown in (or currency calculated from) SEK including statutory VAT (25%).
• Shipping is added to each order. Read more about shipping options under Shipping Terms .
• The price stated on Natural Winner's order confirmation is the applicable price.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, or that for any reason do not meet our product requirements. In such cases, you will be contacted via email.
• If you purchase products in a bundled offer or receive products as a gift through a temporary offer, only the price applies as long as the products are not split or part of the bundle or offer is returned. In such a case, the regular price applies to each individual product.
• Natural Winner reserves the right to make any price adjustments, stock changes and obvious typographical errors, and cannot be held responsible for external circumstances beyond our control.
• We reserve the right for any image and typing errors on the site. This includes errors in product description, material specification, content, obviously incorrect washing instructions, and obviously incorrect price. Natural Winner reserves the right to correct such errors and will contact you via email if the correction concerns the price of the order placed.
• All image information on the site should be considered as illustrations only. Colors and shapes may appear different depending on the image, the occasion of the photo shoot, and your monitor, and therefore we cannot guarantee that it reflects the exact appearance of the product.

Try product

We fully understand that you may need to try your new product on your horse to check size, in which case we would like you to:

• Place a protective layer (e.g. a sheet, towel) between the horse's coat and the product.
• Ensures that the product does not become dirty or wet from the surrounding environment, nor does it absorb odors from the surroundings.
• Shake or wipe the product afterwards so that it regains its “unused feel”.
• The product must not be used, but only tested quickly in order for the right of withdrawal/open purchase to apply. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure.

Liability and Force Majeure

• Natural Winner disclaims any liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product. It is therefore important that you review the product continuously before use to ensure that nothing has arisen that could negatively affect the horse or safety.
• We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time.
• In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances or equivalent events beyond Natural Winner's control (which we could not reasonably have foreseen), and which prevent us from fulfilling our entered into agreement, this is considered force majeure. This means that Natural Winner is released from its obligations to fulfill entered into agreements.

Buy via retailer/private individual

• If you purchased your product from a retailer other than us, we refer all contact to the respective point of sale. Their terms and conditions of purchase are the basis for the purchase.
• If you have purchased your product from another private individual, we cannot help you either, as the agreement only applies to purchases directly through us.
